Shipping Policy – RAS3DPRINT

Thank you for shopping at RAS3DPRINT. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Courier Company

We use Bobgo as our trusted courier partner for all deliveries within South Africa.

Local Pickup

• Due to the nature of our business, we only allow local pickups by appointment.
• Orders must be placed in advance before arranging a pickup.

Shipment Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Main Centers: 2-3 working days
  • Outlying Areas: 5-8 working days

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

• RAS3DPRINT does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Tracking details will be active within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• RAS3DPRINT is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
• Ensure that you check your package upon arrival and notify the courier immediately if any issues arise.

International Shipping Policy

• For international orders, please contact us at ruan@ras3dprint.co.za for a shipping quote.
• Taxes & Duties: All import taxes, duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by RAS3DPRINT.
